Main Office. The lobby is closing effective 5:00pm Tuesday, 3/24, but staff remain during normal business hours to assist you by phone or by appointment only.
Remote Banking Reminders and Social Distancing
Most transactions can be done remotely. Please consider using all the electronic banking services and card services that we have to offer:
• ATM & Night drop services are still available, and transactions will be processed throughout the day. • Loan closings will be conducted by appointment only. • Certain services are available by appointment only. • Hours of Support Monday through Saturday will remain the same but are restricted to phone support or by appointment only.

Please be aware of coronavirus scams. If Fairport Federal Credit Union staff reach out to you with information related to the Coronavirus, WE WILL NOT ASK for or include links requiring confidential information such as your name, password, personal identification number (PIN) or other account information. Many fraudsters will attempt to use this fluid situation to their advantage. It is important that you remain vigilant in your efforts to protect your personal information.
New York State Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today issued a mandate that all non-essential workers stay home effective March 22, 2020. As a reminder, banking services offered by Fairport FCU remain an essential service to the community and are exempt from workforce reduction mandates.
We strongly encourage members to practice social distancing and to use online and mobile banking and all other digital banking services.
